Regulation on Novel Foods: For a Variety of Vegetarian Foods on European Plates

The EVU calls for easy access of plant-based foods to the European market in order to widen the scope of available vegetarian products, to improve the opportunities for innovative food producers and for the EU to reach their sustainability targets.
